Post a build

Post yoursThe screens, one line on what it does, and what’s left to make it real. Below.

You’re starting a vibe off with @majaholm on “Splitly”.

Post your own version of it. It goes up next to Splitly on one page, side by side, with the prompts that made each one.

The screens

We host these, so nothing has to be deployed. An app that only runs on your laptop counts.

Drop your screenshots or a screen recording here

PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, MP4, MOV or WebM. Up to 8, 8 MB each.

Tip: a 10–20 second recording of the app working makes the best cover. Put it first.

What it is

TitleSay what you did, not what it is called. “I built a timer with one giant dial” beats “Tomato”

What happened? Two or three sentences: what you built, why, and what came out — at least 20 characters

What made it work?Optional. One point per line — shown as bullets near the top. This is the part other builders copy

A question for people who see itOptional, one line. It goes up as the first comment, so the thread starts with you

The prompt that did the heavy liftingOptional, and the thing people come here for — paste the one that got it working

What’s left to make it real

Optional. Where it goes next — what the real version needs, said specifically enough that somebody could pick it up instead of starting again. “Needs a live feed instead of the CSV I exported by hand” says more than “needs work”.

Who can see it?

🌍 Public. It goes up next to another build, so everyone can see it.

Add more detailsOptional: tools, time spent, how you made it, links. You can add these later.

This starts a vibe off with @majaholm: both builds on one page, side by side. Credit for the idea stays with them. People get to say which they would actually use.

I’ve read the rules and this build follows them. It’s my own work, and the screenshots show no real people’s data or secrets. If it resembles somebody else's product, it copies none of their logos or assets and does not touch their systems. Read the rules
