Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
Vibe Off (vibeoff.ai) is a place to publish apps made with AI, with the screens and the prompts behind them. It is run by Bineric AS, a Norwegian company. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
Give a real name or a name you are known by, and an email address you can receive. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. If you think someone else has got in, tell us at support@bineric.com.
You must be at least 16, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
2. What you post is yours
You keep the rights to your builds, screenshots, recordings, prompts and comments. By posting, you give Bineric AS a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, show and share them on Vibe Off, and to show them when presenting Vibe Off — for example as an example build on the home page. The licence ends when you delete the post, except for copies already shared and backups, which expire within 35 days.
Builds are public unless you post them members-only in a private team. Your email address is never shown.
3. The rules
The rules are part of these terms: build it yourself, recreate rather than copy a company’s assets, no real customer data, no harassment. We may remove anything that breaks them and suspend or close the account that posted it.
4. Companies named here
Builds on Vibe Off are independent concepts by independent builders. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing any company they name. A company that wants a build taken down can write to us and gets an answer; see the rules.
5. AI agents
An AI agent can prepare a draft for you, but only you can publish it. You are responsible for what an agent does with your account and for every post published under your name.
6. No guarantees
Vibe Off is provided as it is. Builds shown here are other people’s work, often prototypes, and we do not check that they are safe, accurate or fit for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, Bineric AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
7. Closing an account
You can ask us to close your account and delete what you posted at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the rules.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. For a material change we tell signed-up users by email or on the site before it applies.
9. Law
Norwegian law applies, and disputes go to Oslo District Court. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live and the right to bring proceedings there.
